At Nyberg Law Office, it’s our job to help our clients understand their rights, obligations, and options in all aspects of family law. There can be many different practice areas involved when it comes to family law, and we have the experience, passion, and knowledge to help you navigate complicated legal matters.

A native of Fargo, ND, Josh Nyberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from North Dakota State University in 2008. He earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE.
Following law school, Josh worked as an attorney in Omaha before returning to Fargo to join Johnson Law Office, P.C. as an associate attorney. While with that firm, Josh litigated several matters in the district courts of North Dakota and Minnesota as well as the North Dakota Supreme Court.
Josh opened the Nyberg Law Office in December 2016.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golfing.
